We ship all over the world from our premises here in Buckinghamshire, UK.  We aim to get your parts out to you quickly and safely.  We use Royal Mail, UPS and other selected couriers.   Products are packaged in house and shipped daily Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).  Cut off times for same day dispatch is midday GMT.  Please note dispatch times/dates are not guaranteed.

Royal Mail 
We use RM 48, 24 and tracked services for our smaller orders.   Royal Mail will not consider items lost until 15 working days after shipping.  Items sent by RM 48/24 will not show up on tracking until after delivery is attempted.   Special delivery is available and is the only guaranteed service.
Overseas items will be sent airmail - delivery times will vary.   Tracked items will have a tracking number supplied and can be tracked through Royal Mail website.

Courier 
We normally use next working day couriers for UK orders.  Overseas couriers will vary.   Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns on overseas delivery.

Shipping Costs 
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
UK shipping is normally free for orders over £25 except for XL items that cannot be sent through Royal Mail.

Tracking 
If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

Royal Mail signed for items and 24/48 service will not show up on tracking until after delivery is attempted.  
Overseas tracked items will have a tracking number supplied and can be tracked through Royal Mail website.

Collection 
We are an internet based business and as such we do not have a customer friendly premises.  Collection from our premises is possible if it is pre-arranged.  Please contact us for more information.
